• Data Entry - Data entry done at Trylon creates files directly importable into Raiser's Edge, saving you from staffing worries. Our system is designed to provide speed, accuracy, and consistency, where you set the formatting standards. Using Trylon's exclusive finder number technology, we capture all your direct mail information once, including appeal codes, tribute information, check date and/or number, even comments. We even have the ability to fetch the complete name, address, and appeal codes when a donor neglects to include their return device!
• Merge/Purge - Do you have acquisition mailings? Trylon can provide all the merge/purge services needed to cleanse, standardize, and de-dupe mailing lists quickly and accurately.
• List Exchange & Fulfillment - Do you exchange or rent your lists? Let Trylon fulfill these requests and discover how easy it really can be. Even if you're doing this yourself, it saves money to let us handle it with Trylon's exclusive (and confidential) system!
• File Cleansing and Duplicate Elimination - Whenever you send us an export of your file, we can return file cleansing reports to you via email. These list zip codes, states, and/or other address elements needing correction, unmailable addresses, and possible duplicates. We can even identify addresses where misspellings are preventing you from obtaining a zip+4 and receiving the best postage rates and possibly from having your mail delivered.
• NCOA - Are you still using Raiser's Edge for your NCOA (National Change of Address)? Trylon offers a more convenient and less expensive alternative. You provide us with an export of your file, we return importable files back to you via email with the current addresses. We can even time your NCOA process together with other users to avoid paying high minimum charges.
• Mail Preparation - Do you need "a little more" with your direct mail efforts? Let Trylon take your files and prepare them for mailing. We'll not only provide you with file cleansing reports but presort the mail to provide you with the most economical postal rates. Apply suggested gift amount formulas, fine-tune your selections or coding, double-check your extract rules. Now you can try the more advanced direct mail techniques you've heard so much about.
• Acknowledgments - If Trylon does your data entry, we can send your acknowledgments, too. Cards, letters, notifications, variable text, 4-up, 1-up, presorted. We can handle it.
• Direct Mail Analysis - If Trylon does your data entry, we can provide you or your associates with sophisticated, up-to-date analysis of your direct mail appeals. Available either via email or directly accessible on our website, see your results immediately in a meaningful way.
• Nixie or "Do Not Mail" File - Don't waste your money on people you know won't respond. Keep a file of "no thank you" or returned mail at Trylon and purge them from future mailings.
